Living Room - nyc

A creative space, an artistic laboratory fostering experimentation and collaboration; connecting brilliant, independent, and determined artists, performers, musicians, playwrights, filmmakers, and more, to each other and a community of art supporters.

We offer artists affordable space to start or finish a project and inspire creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration. We inspire artists to embrace their unique perspectives and express them freely. Our vision is to positively impact society and inspire future generations to embrace their creativity and individuality. Nestled between Chelsea, FIT, and Broadway, we have non-traditional gallery walls for visual artists, a living room for sharing engaging ideas and discourse for creative production, and a separate work-only studio space.

Artistic Consultant

Lisa Noble provides guidance on technology and marketing as these fields relate to the fine arts. Lisa Noble is an artist and graphic designer based in Virginia. She holds a BFA in studio art from the Corcoran College of Art + Design. In 2020, Lisa was the recipient of a Wherewithal Recovery Grant provided by the Washington Project for The Arts and the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. Lisa got her professional start as director of visual communications at Hemphill Artworks in Washington, D.C. From there, she went on to lead in-house creative teams in the corporate setting and ultimately started her own graphic design business to allow more time for her fine art studio practice. As a proponent of lifelong learning, Lisa knows first-hand that continuous personal and professional development are essential to artistic growth. She believes in the critical importance of providing opportunities to underrepresented artists trying to navigate the highly competitive and often opaque arts industry.
